Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

All orders are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10.

Please ensure your address details are correct, as we are not responsible for parcels returned due to incomplete or incorrect information. Re-shipping fees will apply and must be paid before the order is sent again.

Shipping times may vary during public holidays and peak periods.

While El Bardoh is not liable for parcels lost due to third-party courier issues, we will assist in locating your parcel, lodging investigations, and following up until the matter is resolved
