Refund policy

Please note that we have a no-refund policy, except in cases where the item is faulty. However, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request an exchange (at your expense) or a credit note.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging with tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
